SandsStones Inc. is my mother's jewelry instruction and design company. In the advertisement I use contrast to depict the sketch of a design morphinh into a finished piece. The sketch fade was difficult to achieve and at first the image was not so balanced and symmetrical. I played with pasting a quill in the top right corner to accent the sketch but it looked awkward and did not fit with the proportions of the necklace. The font is a script that aims towards elegance and sophistication but the periods after each word makes the statement solid. The website which also represents the name of the company is in gold because it stands out against the white and brings out the metal in the necklace. If I had more time I would work on the contrast between the sketch and the photo.
This would make a great magazine ad. Is the photo an original?...great job.
